I have been working with Barb Follett for several years now.  I have never worked with any company representative as good at her job as Barb.  Her willingness to go the extra mile, attention to detail, knowledge of her product, and genuine concern for her clients wellbeing is second to none.  When we had terrible weather trouble during our travel a few years ago, Barb was in constant communication with us and made sure we made our first tracks.  There is absolutely no doubt that booking through Barb is the way to go!

I was introduced to Barb by booking my first Heli-Ski trip to the Bugaboos twenty years ago. Although I already had 30 years of Skiing experience, I had no clue about Heli-Skiing, planning the trip, preparing for and setting expectations. Almost everyone has the same first questions (i.e. Do you really jump out of the Helicopter?). Barb quickly got me in line. She explained, in great detail, all aspects of what I needed to know (Safety, what a Heli-Ski Day would comprise, food, accommodations, crew, travel info, etc.). It set the stage for what would become my favorite thing to do. I have now stayed at most the Lodges that CMH offers (several more than twice). Our business relationship quickly became a strong friendship after torturing her with various credit card changes, expired visa, missing luggage, alternative trip diversions, etc. Several years ago Barb convinced me to try Heli-Hiking. What a suggestion. Now I’m totally hooked on Heli-Hiking and have taken my eldest daughter on every Heli-Hiking trip CMH offers.

Most importantly, Barb is my GOTO contact for anything and everything CMH. She is available 24 x 7 and has navigated travel issues, logistics, billing, anything and everything that goes into what probably will be your most adventurous exotic bucket list trip of a lifetime. She’s always available and incredible at her job. Barb has been to every CMH property and has traveled the world. Her experience and knowledge has been an invaluable asset to me. What seems so effortless to her is far more complex for her guests. I run two international corporations and have travelled the world for many decades. Agent Barb is the best or the best of the best (007). She is most definitely shaken NOT stirred.

Thanks to Barb’s knowledge, attention to details, personalization, enthusiasm, and genuine love for what she does, we have enjoyed exceptional and beyond our expectations CMH mountain adventures. Barb is always available. She has the answer to any question or concern and quickly resolves any issues that arise – missed flights, lost luggage, or forgotten ski boots. Barb is more than our introduction to heli-skiing and heli-hiking – she has become a dear friend. We are so fortunate to have been able to enjoy the adventures of a lifetime thanks to Barb.
